• Processing Time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days
• Delivery Time: 3–5 business days depending on your city
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide
• Shipping Charges: Flat rate applied at checkout (free shipping on orders above a certain amount — update this once you set your threshold)

Returns & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we'll make it right.

• Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery
• Item must be unused and uncut
• To request a return or exchange, contact us on WhatsApp at 03098885924 with your order details and photos of the issue
• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the item is received back

Note: We do not accept returns on items that have been cut or stitched.
